Comfortable, clean and helpful staff. On one of our stays, after check in, we entered a room that had not been made up after previous guests checked out. We went to the front desk and said the room was a mess and they apologized and without asking anything else upgraded us to a business class room.

Room was fine, only problem was the sink in the washroom, it must have a partial blockage as it drained extremely slow. Did not use the pool Breakfast was very good and the price great compared to other places we ate The young lady that was at the front desk was excellent. She was very friendly, helpful, and always had a smile.

It was a great location for us travelling through, it was clean and comfortable and the room had a microwave and fridge which was important to us.

The was clean and the inside balcony was nice. It was thoughtful to have a small table with 2 chairs.

We went to our room. The door stuck. Eventually we got out. I went to the desk and the member of staff sent a maintenance person. He could not fix it, so returned to the desk. By the time I got there, the duty manager had allocated us a better room.

It was very nice hotel! Having the restaurant and pool there was extremely convenient. Especially with a toddler! Everything was clean and well kept. Staff was extremely professional and friendly.

The balconies in the room were wonderful for a family with a child we could be "outside" while our son went to sleep. The restaurant in the hotel was above and beyond our expectations food and portions were fantastic. Toiletries were Dove products and towels provided were soft.

Came to town to visit my son who goes to school...he joined me at the hotel for some swimming and some pool. Very relaxing and nice as we didn't have to go look for things to do. Everything was in the facility

Very quiet and comfortable. The pool/jacuzzi tub was great. The indoor courtyard that we could also view from our balcony was awesome. Room was spacious and comfortable for 3 adults. Staff was very friendly and breakfast in the restaurant was delicious and overall a great experience as well.
